As a fairly small business, the Flo team work hand-in-hand daily, collaborating on multiple projects and jobs across the company. For larger customers and candidate onboarding, many of the team come together in their individual roles - to make sure the process is as swift and time effective as possible for the client – giving a hand where it's needed.
How we work...
Due to collaborations with other departments - over time and in particularly of late - we have all learnt new skills and explored new ways of working, meaning that when needed, team members have the confidence to pick up tasks whenever someone needs help. Resulting in the need for thorough and regular internal and external communication.
Each department has its own morning huddle, the purpose being to improve communication, bring forth any issues/help needed, and to give the team a chance to see where its members are at with their tasks. A later management call gives the heads of department chance to recap on how/what they and their teams are doing – keeping the company fully up-to-date.
When joining us as a customer, you become a part of our team. At one point or another you will have interacted with many of the Flo team on your journey to customer and beyond. We pride ourselves on a really personal approach.
Perhaps you saw one of our adverts on LinkedIn, our web page link on Google, one of our social media reviews, or even got a recommendation about us from a friend. The Flo marketing department work hard to get our name out there and develop new ways of doing so. Monitoring activity is only scratching the surface, the team also create content for our social media, maintain our website, and process leads for the sales team, to name a few tasks.
When you contact us, sales and marketing work closely together to make sure all details are correct and processed, and you are contacted promptly. For enquiries, one of our BDMs get in touch as quickly as possible and if the product is right for your business, organise a demo and then a software 'playground' session – answering your questions and supporting you every step of the way. If needed, an in-depth meeting (currently on Microsoft Teams!) about your business’s needs can be arranged with one of our directors.
After a contract is signed, our implementation manager gets in touch to organise training for your business and registered users. This can be done onsite for you or at our Tamworth offices. Due to current circumstances we are offering predominantly online training. Meanwhile, the implementation manager works in collaboration with other departments to ensure your Software Instance is set up for the agreed start date.
Once you are ready to start using the system and your Instance is created, the support and development teams will be there every step of the way, to answer any questions for you and your users.
If you manage your funding and/or payroll through Flo, you’ll set your consolidation date and be in touch with our operations team each week when we onboard your workers and process their payroll - as well as managing any queries you or your workers have.
Throughout your partnership with Flo, our team are here 8am – 6pm Monday through to Friday (online, through email or by phone) to assist with any needs you require. We want you to get the most out of Flo so any additional training, help or advice, can be made available at a time and date to suit you.
